👩🏫About Lindsey
For years I worked with high achievers who were technically capable — but internally stuck. That meant they second-guessed pricing decisions, avoided launches, feared being seen, or delayed growth because of overwhelm and uncertainty. I saw how psychological barriers — not lack of skill — were the real blockers to business success.
I studied psychology, worked in leadership and management, and completed a PhD researching self-esteem, uncertainty tolerance and clear identity. What I discovered was eye-opening: you can have strategy, vision, and skill — but without psychological stability, your business will feel harder than it needs to be.
Today, I help entrepreneurs transform the inside work so it delivers real outside results — clearer decisions, confident visibility, stronger boundaries, higher pricing and the momentum needed to grow with resilience.
